  Beware of Joyce Mayne Sippy Downs computer service. If you are in need of after sales service - it’s an oxymoron. No such beast exists. If you are unfortunate enough to find yourself in the position of handing in a laptop or similar because it’s not working AND under twelve months old. be prepared to not only wait a month. Be prepared to be advised that it could take three months if you want to claim it under warranty (which you are covered by). With attitude. I handed my laptop in for repair, waited 4 weeks with no contact from the store, and when I called to check in on the timeframe was advised nothing had been done because someone was off sick and no one else in the entire team thought to action anything. I have now not had my laptop for 5 weeks and been advised it will be another week as the store did not send it to repair when they claimed they did. Now the date for warranty has passed due to their delay amd I have received notice that I'm lucky they will sort something out even though I handed it in within the warranty period. What an absolute run around. AND yet another 5-7 business days. What will equate to - sometime NEVER will I see my laptop again / if I use the benchmark of relying on someone to ring me first.

  So BEWARE of Joyce Mayne Sippy Downs computer non service department. Worst customer service I have ever received. Unhelpful, unproactive and made to feel like I will be out of pocket due to their time waisting tactics to push this outside of warranty.
