  After my first 2 contacts with this franchise, where they were late on there delivery time by over half an hour both times, i thought maybe my wife could ring them so as to not get upset. After 5 mins of talking to the operator who couldn't put our number down right or our address i took over the conversation incase the operator couldn't hear my wife because she's softly spoken. I then discovered that the operator was incompetent and was unable to take an order. This was more evident when the acting supervisor tried to contact my contact number after the delivery details were incorrectly entered. I left my phone in the house and went to the service station knowing i had plenty of time. When i got back i had a missed call from the supervisors personal mobile (which i didn't recognise). So i rang back to learn my delivery details where listed as the wrong suburb after i had already specified it wasn't that suburb. Frustrated at my experience i expressed to the supervisor my frustration with my last three dealings. Much to my surprise he was argumentative with everything i said. He constantly interrupted me and didn't acknowledge my feelings. Instead he suggested that they weren't at fault at all and that i was a difficult customer. As i have worked In customer service for 10 years i was disgusted at the lack of humility and customer service this supervisor showed. I left the conversation feeling upset and angry and that my complaints, which were warranted, were dismissed as my fault. He even suggested that my location ment that i shouldn't expect my deliveries around the times the staff said they should be there. Infact my original operator tried to overcharge me and only corrected the price because i said it was wrong. I am deeply upset by this experience.

  Average range of pizzas compared to competitors. Delivery time 35-45 minutes on average to within Sippy Downs. Great deals though.

  Ordered just 2 pizzas for delivery and was told delivery time was in half an hour since we live nearby. After waiting an hour we called and waited for another 10 minutes on hold until someone finally picked up the phone. Then we were told that they are busy and can't do anything but our order is sitting in store waiting to be delivered and will be another half hour. No real apologies and the woman on the phone just didn't care. By this time we were still waiting an hour and a half. 2 hours for 2 pizzas is a joke. Better off getting frozen pizzas from woollies

  But they are open late, have fair prices and they are the closest pizza place around (unless you order from up in Buderim)

  Delivery person got lost making them late, Garlic bread was cold, multiple pizza's made incorrectly, and the most they say is sorry for the inconvenience without any reimbursement or attempt to make up for it. You'd be lucky to even have the pizza cooked properly in the first place.

  Pizza hut is so much better than domino's. These guys are nice and quick
