  Robyne Williams is the most professional agent I have ever dealt with. Her knowledge, experience and ability to deal with people just gets the job done. We will always use Robyne if we are selling anywhere on the Sunshine Coast.

  Small office does not usually accept cash payments for rent etc. However they did in my case as a once off gesture. Does not confer with other site offices. e.g not connected to real estate side of things I was not able to collect keys or pay bond at other office.

  I was amazed at the service from Indiana when she took over the sale of our property in Sippy Downs. We had two agents try before we called Indiana, and she sold the house within the week. Her honesty and negotiating skills were amazing, I am now highly recommending Blue Moon to all my friends and colleagues.

  Bradley Peet quickly found me a new tenant and regularly kept me updated throughout the process. I was both surprised and pleased at the level of assessment Blue Moon used to vet potential tenants. I am very happy with a 12 month lease and the amount of rent I will receive. I would definitely recommend Blue Moon Property to investors.

  My mother has recently started renting a property through Indy at Blue Moon Property. After dealing with many agencies and trying to arrange inspections only to be stood up and left out of the loop, I was pleasantly surprised when we got in touch with Blue Moon. Indy has made herself available at all times, and her communication skills have made the whole process very smooth for my elderly mother.

  In response to the owner response. There was no offer of extension for the bond at all. I was told "no bond no keys" . This is not an attack on your company just an offer of constructive criticism that could be used as an aid to improve some methods of communication and the services you offer. I have not 'unduly criticised' I have 'constructively criticised'.
