  I would HIGHLY recommend using Sippy Downs Ray White, I would have to say that in all our renting years (22 to be precise) I have never come across a more friendly, helpful and productive property manager as we have in Hayley. Waiting time for repairs are so prompt, to the point of having an electrician sent over within an hour of calling because they cared that I was making Lasagne for my son's birthday dinner. THAT is old fashioned care and service right there and extremely rare these days.

  I have found Ray White as a company, and Hayley as a property manager, extremely easy to deal with. My messages are always answered promptly, and any work requests that I have put in for the rental that I am in have been fulfilled in a very timely manner. I would totally recommend this company
